Biography
Sparkle was born in 1999 in Villeurbanne, Sparkle is a self-taught artist. After a difficult school life, she left school very early, being diagnosed with autism.
She quickly developed a passion for Graffiti, Abstract Art, Street Art, and Pop Art. Very sensitive to colors and particularly to very bright shades, Sparkle began from a very young age to paint on sheets, on canvases and then on the walls of cities.
In these works, she conveys what she feels, spontaneously mixing lines, geometric shapes, lettering, drips and splashes into a whole that forms colorful and captivating works that delight urban art collectors.
Seeking inspiration from everywhere.
Sparkle has always been attracted by colors, stains and splashes, she hears about Jackson Pollock and discovers his work. Quickly, she admires his creations and is inspired by them, particularly through dripping, this technique which consists of projecting stains on different supports.
She is passionate about Butterflies which reminds her of many things, including the fact that the Butterfly can go through a lot of darkness and yet become so beautiful.
She personifies this species and tries to work on it and represent it in multiple aspects and many styles.
I paint standing up, sitting on the ground, on canvases, on walls, objects, sneakers, and clothes, whatever the medium, I try to transmit what I have inside me.
