Biography
Born in 1988 in Zhejiang province in eastern China, Su Ya first chose screen printing for her artistic training. After her baccalaureate, she joined the Hangzhou University of Fine Arts where she continued her studies in screen printing. After her master's degree, she decided to perfect her art and joined Situ Li's studio to perfect her figurative techniques. She then became a teacher at the Hangzhou High School of Fine Arts where she still teaches today. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in China in recent years.
